I am so happy you are here! I grew up in Chengdu China and I love sharing authentic Sichuan recipes from my hometown with you. My mom taught me how to cook a lot of simple yet delicious Sichuan dishes. To me, they are the best treasures I can bring with me wherever I go. If you are new to Chinese cuisine, I’d love to share with you the tips of cooking Chinese food as a beginner. Contrary to what I’ve gotten from a lot of American Chinese restaurants, mostly greasy and heavy, Chinese food can be extremely healthy and delicious!
