Ingredients: 
Sausage 2-3 inch
Egg 1
Frozen peas and carrots ½ cup
Green onion 1
Cooked rice 1.5 cup
Instructions:
- Finely chop green onion and cut sausage into small pieces.

- Heat up oil in a pan/wok, add in egg, stir to break egg into smaller pieces.
- Add in sausage, frozen peas and carrots. Stir fry for 1 minute
- Add in rice and stir until there are no chunks of rice. Sprinkle salt ½ tsp

- Top with green onion and stir well.

- Serve!
