Vegan Garlic Oyster Mushroom

Simply pan fry oyster mushrooms with minced garlic and green onion, this dish gives so much flavor to the mushrooms and it would be a perfect vegan side dish! If you like a hint of spiciness, add some dry chilies to this dish!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 clove garlic
  • 0.5 lb oyster mushrooms
  • 2 stalk green onion
  • 3-4 dry chili
  • 3 tsp cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Equipment

  • 1 Pan

Method
 

  1. Wipe off any dirt on oyster mushrooms. Split them into bite size pieces.
  2. Finely chop green onion and garlic.
  3. On a pan, add cooking oil. Fry garlic and green onion until fragrant. Add in dry chilies.
  4. Add oyster mushrooms and continue cooking for 3 minutes until the mushrooms are soft.
  5. Season with salt and serve.
