Method
- Wipe off any dirt on oyster mushrooms. Split them into bite size pieces.
- Finely chop green onion and garlic.
- On a pan, add cooking oil. Fry garlic and green onion until fragrant. Add in dry chilies.
- Add oyster mushrooms and continue cooking for 3 minutes until the mushrooms are soft.
- Season with salt and serve.
