Soak soybeans overnight (or 12 hours)
Drain hydrated soybeans. Add them to a blender, add 3-4 cups of water. I found 4 cups to be the best. However if your blender isn’t big enough, you can add 2-3 cups of water in the blender, and add additional water later.
Blend mixture until it reaches a creamy white color. Use a nut milk bag to strain the mixture. Squeeze the liquid out as much as possible.
Transfer the milk liquid to a pot, bring to boil for 8-10 minutes. When it starts to boil, the liquid can rise up, remove from heat if it happens and reduce the heat to low so it stays boiling slowly.
Add 1-2 tbsp of sugar or to taste!
