Thanks for stopping by! I started this blog to share authentic recipes from my hometown Sichuan Chengdu. I was born in Chengdu and grew up in Chengdu. I love the food and people there and I’ve become more and more appreciative of my city and culture when I moved to USA about 8 years ago! There are times that I really missed a dish but growing up I have never tempted to made it because it can be ordered easily in a local restaurant. I started to figure out the recipes of Sichuan dishes and recreate the flavors that I was so familiar with.
