Method
- Cut larger potatoes in half if needed.
- Bring a pot of water to boil, cook potatoes for 5-10 minutes until fully cooked and drain.
- Chop green onion and cilantro.
- In a frying pan, add cooking oil, put in potatoes. Season with chili pepper, ground cumin, ground white pepper(optional) and salt. Fry for 4-5 minutes until you can see crispy skin.
- Add in green onion and cilantro. Stir well.
- Top with chili oil and serve.
