- Cut green pepper into strips, slice ginger and garlic
- Cut pork tenderloin into strips, wash in water, marinate with salt, sugar, starch, soy sauce, water, oil
- Heat up a wok/pan, add oil (1/4 cup), cook pork strips, add in ginger and garlic, then add in pepper.
- Add salt(1/4 tsp), 1 pinch of sugar, soy sauce (1 tsp) to season the stir fry.
- Serve
