Pork Stir Fry with Chili Pepper

This delicious pork stir fry with chili pepper is a Sichuan tradition. Both peppers and pork are cut into strips. The dish is super easy to make and super tasty.

Ingredients
  

  • 8-10 long horn peppers other green peppers are ok too
  • 300 g pork tenderloin
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 4-5 garlic
Pork Marinate
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp starch
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp oil
Stir fry seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Equipment

  • 1 Wok

Method
 

  1. Cut green pepper into strips, slice ginger and garlic
  2. Cut pork tenderloin into strips, wash in water, marinate with salt, sugar, starch, soy sauce, water, oil
  3. Heat up a wok/pan, add oil (1/4 cup), cook pork strips, add in ginger and garlic, then add in pepper.
  4. Add salt(1/4 tsp), 1 pinch of sugar, soy sauce (1 tsp) to season the stir fry.
  5. Serve
