Peel potatoes and carrots. Shred potatoes and carrots with a grater.
Mix shredded potato and carrots in a bowl combine 2 eggs, ½ tsp salt, black pepper and flour. Fully mix the ingredients
On a non-stick pan, add cooking oil. Use a spoon to scoop potato mixture into the pan. Use a spatula to shade the pancake right after adding it to the pan
After the edges of the pancake are becoming crispy, flip it over and wait until the other side becomes crispy as well
Serve with a dipping sauce or some chili oil
