Sichuan Style Beef with Celery 川味芹菜炒牛肉

Hi! This dish is very popular in Sichuan and I had it since I was in elementary school 🙂

It is very easy and nutritious. Combines beef and celery perfectly!

Here are the ingredients:

Celery: 4-5 Stalks ,Carrots: 2 , Ground beef: 0.5-1 lb, Garlic: 3-4 cloves , Ginger: 1 piece , Green onion: 2 stalks , Sichuan Bean Paste (Douban): 1 Table spoon , Soy sauce: 1 tea spoon, Sugar: 1/4 tea spoon, Sichuan Peppercorn: 1 tea spoon
